Katherine, I thought I would start this blog for you, in hopes that someday you will stumble across it. One day you will know the truth!!
Happy Birthday!! Wow your a big 7 yrs old!! I hope you got everything you wished for. Some day Katherine, maybe we can celebrate with you. I think about you everyday. I was thinking today about when you were born. How excited we all were. How precious you were. I remember your daddy holding you and crying. I remember thinking how proud we were and how much your Great-Grandma would have been thrilled that you were named after her. It saddens me to think that we dont get to see you.I dont ever want you to think that we didn't want to see you. Your mother will not let us. Someday she will have to face the Lord and give account as to why.
I do have some friends that see you and they are always telling me how precious you are. My friend Polly goes to the same church and sees you from time to time. I got a message today from you via one of God's angels. She said that you told her to tell your daddy, brother, papaw and me that it was your birthday. She told you that we knew and we were thinking of you. Always remember my precious I will always love you!!

I came to look at your blog. I'm a new blogger also. I read both of your stories. I can't imagine not being able to see my grandchildren. My prayers will be with you that you will get to see your granddaughter again. The story about the dime is amazing. God always provides what we need at the time we need it. You are welcome to come visit my blog also.
God bless you and your family.

Tommie, I read your post this morning. I'm so sorry for the loss of your uncle and on top of that your job. I have one uncle still living, he is 84 years old and is not doing well. He was my hero when I was growing up. He lives in Colorado Springs, but I do call him occassionally just to keep in touch. I can feel you pain and sense of loss in both areas, but remember "joy comes in the morning." I just put a new song on my blog, Through the Fire written by the father of the Crabb family. If you get a chance go and read it. God will take you through the fire again.
Sisters in Christ,

Tommie,
